AI Post-Report Email Draft
After generating a monthly SEO report, Minorank drafts the client email automatically, written by Minorank AI using your actual report data. You can edit it, attach the PDF report, and send it directly from the app using your agency's branded email.
Drafting an email
- Go to SEO Reports for a client.
- Open or generate a report.
- Click 📬 Draft Email.
- A modal opens with a pre-written email containing:
- Traffic results for the period
- Key wins (top-performing pages or keywords)
- Published articles (if any were produced via the AI Writer)
- Next month's plan or priorities
Editing the draft
All fields are editable in the modal before sending:

| Email body | Full rich text, edit any section |
| Attach PDF Report | Toggle to attach the current report as a PDF |
Click Regenerate to get a fresh draft from the same report data.
Sending the email
Click 📨 Send Email to send directly from the app. The email is sent:
- From: Your agency name (configured in Agency Settings)
- Reply-To: Your agency email
The client sees your agency's name in the From field, not Minorank.
You can also:
- Copy, copy the plain text to paste into your own email client
- Copy HTML, copy the HTML version for email tools that accept raw HTML
- Mark as Sent, log the email as sent without actually sending from the app (if you send via your own tool)
Email history
Click 📬 Email History on any report to view a log of all emails sent for that client:
- Date and time sent
- Subject line
- Delivery status
- Full email body (click to expand)
History is searchable and paginated, useful for auditing your client communication cadence.
Agency email configuration
To send emails from your agency address:
- Go to Agency Settings → Email.
- Configure your SMTP details or connect your sending domain.
- Set the From name (your agency name) and Reply-To address.
Until configured, emails send from a Minorank default address with your agency name in the display name.
