Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using Minorank ("we", "us", or "our"), including the platform at app.minorank.com, the website at minorank.com, and the Minorank SEO WordPress plugin (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using any part of the Services you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract to use the Services. By creating an account you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements. If you are using the Services on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
You must provide accurate and complete information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at info@minorank.com if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
You may not create multiple accounts to circumvent plan limits, abuse free trials, or evade a suspension or termination.
Minorank offers subscription plans as described on the Pricing page. Plan features, limits, and prices are subject to change with reasonable advance notice.
Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis depending on the plan you choose. You authorise us (or our payment processor) to charge your payment method for the applicable fees on each renewal date.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, you retain access until then. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods unless required by applicable law.
If a payment fails we will attempt to notify you by email. Access to paid features may be suspended until the outstanding balance is settled. We reserve the right to terminate accounts with overdue payments after a reasonable grace period.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, with or without prior notice depending on the severity of the violation.
All software, design, text, graphics, logos, and other content that form part of the Services are owned by or licensed to Minorank and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our trademarks or branding without our prior written permission.
You retain ownership of any content you provide through the Services (for example, SEO settings, keywords, or report data). By using the Services you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to process your content solely to provide and improve the Services. We do not sell your content to third parties.
If you submit ideas, suggestions, or feedback about the Services, you grant us the right to use that feedback without restriction or compensation to you.
The Services integrate with third-party platforms including Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4, Google Business Profile, Bing IndexNow, and Anthropic's API. Your use of those integrations is also subject to the respective third party's terms and policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of any third-party service.
Our collection and use of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. SEO results depend on many factors outside our control and we make no guarantee of rankings, traffic, or business outcomes.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Minorank and its affiliates, officers, employees, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities, arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total cumulative liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the greater of (a) the total fees you paid to us in the three months preceding the claim, or (b) €100.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Minorank and its affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
You may stop using the Services and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at our discretion, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms or if we decide to discontinue the Services. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately. Sections 6, 9, 10, 11, and 13 survive termination.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Greece, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Heraklion, Crete, Greece, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence require otherwise.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by a prominent notice in the platform at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Services after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
